Authorization to Contact You by Other Means: You also agree that we may use any other medium, as permitted by law and including, but not limited to, mail, e-mail and facsimile, to contact you. Signature and Authorization to Obtain Information: By signing below, the applicant business and the individual owners, each: (1) certify that all information on and documents submitted in connection with this Business Funding Prequalification Request are true, correct and complete; (2) expressly authorize each and every Recipient to obtain information from your personal and/or business credit profiles as well as any additional information from credit bureaus and other sources; and (3) expressly authorize each and every Recipient to share any information obtained hereunder with any other Recipient or otherwise as provided by applicable law.
